Subjects offered V-XII (2024-25)

Subjects have been divided as Main Subjects & Skill Subjects

Main Subjects V

The following subjects are offered: 

  1. English
  2. Mathematics
  3. Hindi
  4. Environmental Education
  5. Additional Language –  Gujarati / Sanskrit

We offer anyone languages in grades V ( ANY ONE ) .

It is mandatory to study the same language for the next 4 years. 

Main Subjects VI to VIII

The following subjects are offered: 

  1. English
  2. Mathematics
  3. Science
  4. Social Science
  5. Hindi
  6. Additional Language – Gujarati / Sanskrit

We offer anyone languages in grades VI to VIII ( ANY ONE ) .

Student can choose any of the above language. it is mandatory to study the same language for all 3 years. 

Skill Subjects V to VIII

At Lotus School-Satellite we believe that education should be more than just textbooks and classrooms. It should be a journey of self-discovery, skill-building, and empowerment. We take pride in offering a comprehensive education that encompasses both traditional academic subjects as well as skill subjects, providing students with a well-rounded learning experience.

Skill subjects provide a hands-on approach to learning, giving practical skills that are in high demand in today’s job market. It plays a crucial role in preparing individuals for the challenges of the job market and promoting personal and economic growth.  It also exposes students to the array of options that can be explored after secondary education. Exposing the students early on to these gives them the confidence to choose the same as part of their professional journey.

AS per NEP 2020, skill subjects are introduced from grade VI onwards

Following skill subjects are being offered in middle year classes:
