- Admission to the school is subject to certain government guidelines for age ability and conduct.
- The school reserves the right to reject or admit any child.
- No donation or bribe is accepted.
- On confirmation of a child’s admission, it is mandatory to submit the following documents:
- True copy of Municipal’s Birth Certificate (in English)
- Original copy of School Leaving Certificate of the previous school attended
- Aadhaar card of child and parents
- Photographs (mother, father and child) – 2 copies each
WITHDRAWAL
- One clear calendar month’s notice in writing or a quarter’s fee in lieu of such notice must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn. Please find attached TC form (page no. 92).
- If your ward is withdrawn immediately after admission, a quarter’s fee and a month’s proportionate annual charges are to be paid.
- Last date to apply for the Transfer Certificate is 31st March of the respective academic session.
- Transfer certificates are not issued until all dues of the School are settled and library books are surrendered. For mid-term withdrawal (between June to April), an application 3 months in advance is required and fee for one quarter will have to be paid.
- Transfer certificate will be issued after 10 working days of the receipt of the application and clearance of all dues.
- A fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged for Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate, for a duplicate of the same, or for any extract from the register.
